What we collect on this website

When you use our contact form or CX check, we collect the details you give us: name, email, company, your message and your CX check answers. We also collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the site.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare a discovery call or proposal. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, then delete it.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Email us to make a request.

Client customer data

When we provide services to clients, we process their customers' data as a data processor under a data processing agreement, and only for the purposes agreed with the client.
